Craft Guild of Chefs Awards 2012

Last month Red Herring attended the Wessex Salon Culinaire competition at Brockenhurst college to lend a hand with judging. It was a brilliant day seeing what some of the greatest young chefs had to offer, their food was exquisite and the attention to detail of their dishes was admirable. It was a real pleasure and look forward to working alongside some very talented young chefs within the catering industry!
